The Brasserie at the Bay Horse at Fairburn offers a modern dining experience designed around contemporary French styling, with just a hint of Italian Café Bar thrown in for good measure. The Brasserie offers an informal restaurant setting with an excellent menu choice bursting with flavour and new ideas.
The Brasserie serves everything from sandwiches and baguettes to fillet steaks served in a variety of ways.
The view from the brasserie is breathtaking with long distance views over the Fairburn Ings nature reserve and its fantastic array of wildlife. In the summer months the French doors lead on to the terrace where customers can eat in the sunshine. In the winter months the brasserie changes its character slightly with the centre attraction being a large real fire stove glowing in the corner of the room.

During the summer months (May – October) the brasserie is open all day every day from 12.00pm – 11.00pm.

In the winter months (November – April) the brasserie closes between 3.00pm – 6.00pm.

Bookings are taken for the brasserie Mon-Wed at all other times please ask at the lounge bar for a table and we will seat you as soon as possible.
