Please telephone the restaurant to check availability for your chosen date and to make provisional reservations.
Complete the booking form, print out and return it to the restaurant with a nonrefundable deposit of £ 10.00 per person.
Full payment of the balance is required at least 14 days prior to the event or by 1 st December, whichever is the earlier
All verbal bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no longer than 14 days pending receipt of the written confirmation and the appropriate deposit.
Bookings not paid in full 14 days prior to the event or by 1 st December will be deemed to have been cancelled and any deposit will be retained by the restaurant.
No refund of deposits will be made for cancellation or decreases in number of guests attending.
Monies paid for non-arrivals are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks and entertainment for other members of the party.
All additional charges incurred during the event must be settled by the organiser prior to departure.
All events and timings are subject to approval by the local licensing authorities. All statutory licensing regulations apply.
Children may not be admitted to certain events, at the discretion of the proprietor, whose decision is final. Please contact the restaurant for prices and availability.
The Restaurant reserves the right to alter or amend any of the contents and prices of events and packages as necessary without notice.
In the event of any programme having to be cancelled by the Restaurant, an alternative date or venue will be offered or a full refund made.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. Gratuities are at the guest's discretion.
In order to keep each Restaurant with its own flavour and style we regret the menus cannot be interchanged.
Please address any comments to The General Manager during your visit or in writing within 21 days of the event.
All parties above 8 must be pre-ordered.
Any damage occurring, as a result of adverse behaviour, by any members of a party will result in the restaurant holding the organiser responsible.
The Restaurant is dedicated to providing its customers with quality food, excellent service and a great atmosphere. If we should fail, in any way, please advise a member of staff immediately, who will inform the Duty Manager.
